From Bare Metal to Finished Excellence: Our Classic Mini Body Shells
From June 25 to 28, 2026, our team proudly participated in HO26 (Hessisch Oldendorf) in Lower Saxony, Germany—one of Europe’s most respected gatherings for classic car enthusiasts, restoration specialists, collectors, and industry professionals.
More than just an exhibition, HO26 is a celebration of automotive heritage and craftsmanship. It provided the perfect opportunity for us to showcase not only our finished vehicles, but also the manufacturing expertise behind every classic body shell we produce.
One of the highlights of our booth was the display of three Classic Mini body shells, each representing a different stage of production. Rather than presenting only a finished product, we wanted visitors to see the complete manufacturing journey—from welded steel to a fully painted body shell.
This approach attracted restoration professionals, distributors, and classic car enthusiasts who were interested in understanding how a high-quality body shell is built.

Stage 1: Welded White Body Shell
The first body shell showcased the completed welding stage. Every structural component had been accurately assembled and welded, demonstrating the precision of our tooling, panel alignment, and welding craftsmanship.
For restoration projects, structural accuracy is essential, and this display allowed visitors to closely examine the quality of our manufacturing before any surface treatment was applied.

Stage 2: Primed Body Shell
The second Mini body shell featured a professionally applied primer coating. This stage illustrated the careful surface preparation and corrosion protection process that takes place before final painting.
Many visitors were particularly interested in the smooth surface finish and the consistency of the primer application, as these directly influence the durability and final appearance of the vehicle.
Stage 3: Fully Painted Body Shell
The third display vehicle represented the completed product with a finished paint surface.
By placing the three body shells side by side, visitors could clearly understand every step of our production process—from raw metal fabrication and welding to surface treatment and final finishing. This transparent presentation reflected our confidence in both our manufacturing capabilities and quality control standards.
